Struggling
After years of dating with her, and im already so spontaneous to have her around me, and the settle down mind has keep on ringing in my mind, but before i let THOSE thing happen, i must have a better household to accommodate my SIGNIFICANT ONE, hence it's a indeed struggling months to me. Fresh in mind she told me that she would like to stay only with me but not my family. That time i was like, okay, as you like, until now, frankly, of course i would like have honey moon nest with babe, but for god sake, i do enjoy the moment i have with my parent, bro and sis living under shelve, happy family.
The idea of Koi Kinrara Puchong Jaya is fascinating me that im going to own a love nest with my significant half. Try imagine having a house which whole own by Yen and me can be really intriguing, After the hustle and bustle working schedule, we can stay in the love nest which tastefully renovated living room with an island wine bar. We have no fuss on how to spend a weekend due to less than 10 minutes drive we can reach commercial hub such as Setia Walk, IOI mall, or even Sunway Pyramid. While there's plenty of food heaven around Puchong, Sunway and Subang vicinity. We can also enjoy the facilities such as SAUNA, Swimming Pool and Club House.. Sounds that everything is just nice for newly wed couple but there are still draw back due to the location of the condo, potentially depreciate property, due to high density area, deteriorate facilities, and also bad condo management.
On the other side im also really like the idea of staying in the landed property, where i can enjoy a spacious living experience with my significant half Yen Yen while can also have some enlighten time with mom and dad since they have been long crave for living in a better house hold. I very confident that Sungai Long double storey house can help achieve both balance factors. Further more, Sungai Long is so near to her house that we can visit her dad mom on daily basis.

It's over 3 months im looking for houses, from Cheras Batu 9 Venice Hill side condo, Mahkota Cheras Link House, Sunway Mentari Court, USJ Sri Jati Condo, then Koi Kinrara Puchong Jaya, to Bandar Sungai Long Terrace House.
