Better Question

When you start asking better question,
you start making better decision,
then you start taking better action,
and when you taking better action,
then you will achieving better result.

It's all chain reaction.

Effective leader constantly ask uncomfortable and accurate question.

1# Customer
How many lead that we in a month?
Which are best source of leads?
How much we buying this leads for?
What are the top 5 ways of converting the leads?
What are the 2 or 3 more ways we test this month?

2# Revenue
What are we doing to sell more to our current customer?
How else to bring our customer past customer back?
Is my organization have been positioning in the fastest growing segment in my market, how much faster would it have grown.

3# Profit
What 2 or 3 things that i can do to reduce every single cost of my business by 10%?
What higher margin item i can sell?
(There are only two things you can do, either you cut cost or sell higher margin products.)

4# Staff
What is my current method of hiring staff?
What's the ideal sales person?
WHo's organize, focus, make those call, does telemarketing.
Who does what by when?


5# Resources?
Time, staff, resources..
What are all resources to double my business?
Communication skill?
Are the team pushing the boundaries?
ROI, ROE?
What routine and ritual should i create to become more effect on work.
If you create fantastic routine in your life, you will be very very successful.
For example, have a routine on 30th of the month, paying attention on how to improve myself.
What 3 or 4 that i can do for i have got?
Who else out there can help me with this?
How can i get more leverage?
Where's better place to invest?
