Great time, good people, good food..
These associated to me when i thought of Penang after last week working with Paris Miki Queensbay Mall roadshow. It's been a great experience this trip, especially i have two local tour guide around, Mr. Milton and Mr. Derick. Not to mention they brought me to taste around Penang local cuisine, but the chill out place like Garage, Gurney drive. Let not forgot to mention Kelly, cute little girl who also propose to bring us to taste drolling local stall food..

Sold a pair of Zeiss GT2 for a CIO tourist from Frankfurt,

Decision

Landed at Sg Long or High Rise at Puchong?

Younger Optic or Carl Zeiss Vision?

Is the matter of my career path decision/

Perhaps, zeiss has provide good room to join a lot of big event,

where Younger is a completely newly set up company in Malaysia,

practically Younger provide bigger room to grow, where zeiss is already saturated

with current senior employees, although we are like a big family,

but in terms of my brighter career choice, Younger is a go.

After months of struggling which property to buy, finally had make up my mind to go for landed prop in Sg Long. By sharing the prop my sis.

When i saw mee mee posted something on my status from my email, gosh i was like so, touching. It's real touching, simple encouragement go a long way to me, i have being optimistic at all time, but by seeing mee mee post in my status : the journey starts with the first step...just focus on every step forward, and slowly it will be easier...good luck...:D

Struggling

After years of dating with her, and im already so spontaneous to have her around me, and the settle down mind has keep on ringing in my mind, but before i let THOSE thing happen, i must have a better household to accommodate my SIGNIFICANT ONE, hence it's a indeed struggling months to me. Fresh in mind she told me that she would like to stay only with me but not my family. That time i was like, okay, as you like, until now, frankly, of course i would like have honey moon nest with babe, but for god sake, i do enjoy the moment i have with my parent, bro and sis living under shelve, happy family.

The idea of Koi Kinrara Puchong Jaya is fascinating me that im going to own a love nest with my significant half. Try imagine having a house which whole own by Yen and me can be really intriguing, After the hustle and bustle working schedule, we can stay in the love nest which tastefully renovated living room with an island wine bar. We have no fuss on how to spend a weekend due to less than 10 minutes drive we can reach commercial hub such as Setia Walk, IOI mall, or even Sunway Pyramid. While there's plenty of food heaven around Puchong, Sunway and Subang vicinity. We can also enjoy the facilities such as SAUNA, Swimming Pool and Club House.. Sounds that everything is just nice for newly wed couple but there are still draw back due to the location of the condo, potentially depreciate property, due to high density area, deteriorate facilities, and also bad condo management.

On the other side im also really like the idea of staying in the landed property, where i can enjoy a spacious living experience with my significant half Yen Yen while can also have some enlighten time with mom and dad since they have been long crave for living in a better house hold. I very confident that Sungai Long double storey house can help achieve both balance factors. Further more, Sungai Long is so near to her house that we can visit her dad mom on daily basis.
