After 26days working in Carl Zeiss Vision Inc.

What i have learned?
What my perspective in this Ophthalmic lens business?

As a fledgling sale representative of the globally most recognizable company. Although Zeiss is globally most recognizable brand, but it's still very new in Malaysia market especially when Essilor and Hoya were in the market for more than 10 years, but we do appreciate this golden opportunity to be playing a part of the role to grow this newly establish Zeiss into Malaysia market premium segmant.

After my diehard determination to jump out to sale frontline from a sedentary retail line. I found that it's challeging, exctiting, and invigorate. But one thing which keep buzzing my mind is that the cost of fuel comsumption by travelling around, and the Income which generate from much more effort needed working scope is not really deli with my previous retail Income. Maybe i'm still kind of vague on how much i can generate from this different characteristic of work, we'll see. The least, it's a good platform for me to gain a lot more exposure to the marketplace rather than compromise myself in 300 square feet shooping retail lot.

To achieve a stable stream of income and freedom. It's certainly a way to achieve it.

- 8k monthly wage

Acquire the sense of confident
- double fold the monthly wage

Acquire the sense of respect
-Triple fold the monthly wage

Acquire the sense of power
- Multiply fold the monthly wage

And it's certainly need time to support it.

2. Deliver every promises i made
3. Be prepare to answer the toughest questions

5. Good reputation

7. Close sale, build strong relationship with prospect

9. Be business oriented instead of sale oriented
10. Know the power of finding needs and prescripe solutions

16. Study the market, competetitor and prospect need&concern
17. Grow with prospect

19. Always look for alternate way to divertify
