Wake up earlier this morning, arrange myself follow Viking for a house viewing session, and i've learn that, 'real estate', this forest is consider a pretty challenging yet touch forest to explore, especially at the beginning stage, well, i guess any venture, business, career starting were challenging and touch too, keep in mind, there's still have many peoples can doing good at it, successful at it, it's one's choice to be laid back or take initiative, putting effort for achieving dream.
Went to Taman Megah meet Mr Chung, asking price is RM270k, land built up 20 X 70 after kitchen extended, potential buyer were quite okay with the house, one thing is there's a divider in front of the house, due to Feng Shui reason. Second spot is Laman Tasik which located next to Cheras Mahkota, contemporary double terrace house, asking price for RM480k, Jennifer claim that it's the peak price. The house owner shut down his phone and set us up, god bless Viking managed to view one of the house which under renovated.
View 2 houses today morning, i learn that, to be in a smooth track in real estate forest, we need plenty of tools, such as Prospect contacts, Products, Timing is very crucial too, cause many other amateur is gather at the same lake hopping to hook the fish too. Patient and Effort is the key.

2010 Resolution
First blog of 2010, flash back 2009, it's a big change in my life, the biggest one since i graduated 8 years ago. By being having leaner wage after the changes, i just had a considered my first seminar where my sis brought me to, the speaker mentioned 1 phrase, which i can apply for my situation now, perhaps i guess.. and here the phrase goes like "In order to jump higher, one's must bend his knee a bit downward and gather the full strength, give it a shot"
The speaker also mentioned, sadly, i barely remember his name, but who cares, as long as i remember what he likes to convey, What make a life meaningful? BY HAVING A DREAM? Beggar on the street do have a dream too! To have a successful, meaningful life.. Is having the ability to achieve one's dream, dream a dream is lift of feather, making a dream comes true is exploring to peak of a mountain, there are bunch of obstacles, which induce negative thoughts, in reality, the obstacles can be how you care what others people thinking of you, and let others dictate what you do, it's also rely on a one's gut feeling to think bold.
Easy formula, Dream a dream, think, analyze, plan, action, fulfill, and just like what i had gained from my recent mountain hiking experience, once u started the climb, it's like cutting bridge, no turning, think forward, searching the right path, knowing how the feel by conquered the peak, it'll spontaneously create a momentum, and my experience told from recent two mountain hiking session, it feel bloody great, the sense of satisfaction, the paranormal view from the summit, the unprecedented experience, then, can suddenly realize, the hard, touch, challenging and every drop of sweat, it's worth.. I would regret if i stay home sleep until the sun burning my ass, as in reality, it's very much the same as conquering mountain, conquering your personal height, from school study stage to working stage then begin a family stage. Once again i borrow the phrase from the speaker today evening, "IT's your choice, and there's bunch of choices, making your own and live with it, no one to blame but yourself".
The conclusion of the first blog of my 2010, well, I've accidentally make plenty of "2010 Resolution" Sort of like, buying my first house, leading a healthier life, jogging, rekindle all my losing interest such as Reading, Exercising, Dancing, and now, i have a new interest, is making my dream come true'ng.. I always conceive a thought in my mind, is get into real estate business, and now, i had a chance, in fact, im stepping my foot into the "real estate FOREST", let me uncover the others success path and have this in my mind, as long as u have the will to master the path of the forest, There's a WAY. Alright, let my 2010 start with the first resolution, finish my first fiction book, -Sherlock Holmes- this idea came to my mind while i still in the cinema room with my significant half, see if i can see the way he sees things.. haa.. Last but not least, i knew i could be good inspiration for my significant half for achieving her resolution too..

This word has never come to my mind until today, I really questioning myself and assess on this question! Being excuse staying longer as utilizing her time while waiting for catching up time with friend..
yes, Daniel is mumbling, whining now, I GOT TO STOP THIS! As my motto, IM THE REAL MAN! The ONE who control the situation and take the lead, The one who make the decision but not asking for approval, if life is a bitch, slap her and move on!
Im good now, at least im in cybercafe letting off my boiling steam instead of sitting in the car thinking nonsense! Asking for permission is mutual understanding b s thingy!

Emerging December
It's been a happening and emerging december,2009.
12-12-09 Zeiss specialist centre set up at bangsar and get a chance to drink bear with Focus Point Director Datuk Liaw, so please to meet big chain optical player, having chat with Mr Chan (Hoya Regional Sales Director) Paul (Carl Zeiss Malaysia Sales Manager), of course i have gained difference perspective of view by seeing things on giant shoulder.
13-12-09 Lunch with Mr Chan, he advised me to follow mentor to climb the corporate ladder, but at the moment Paul can provide good room for me, must master the art of analyze the trade, shifting trends, business module, and how to link sale in to business.
14-12-09 Meet Mr Isham, Zeiss Regional Marketing Director. Did not chat much but show my initiative to learn more about my company and the trade.
15-12-09 Whole day stay in the Zeiss Specialist Centre and learn about the Zeiss cutting edge instrument and learn about Zeiss analysis system.
18-12-09 Public holiday, went to Broga hill with babe and bro entourage, i would say it is a fabulous hiking session for me especially is my first time to conquer the hill. And feel fabulous that can conquer the first peak with babe although she want to give when we almost reaching the first peak, but eventually we made it.
25-12-09 Went to Viking office to begin my first lesson about real estate trading, and it seems that i have great deal of luck since i got to call the exact owner by the first call where most people take at least 30 mins to call. Found that the commission is pretty lucrative if can close the deal. And yet, babe have positive response this time if i learn more about real estate.
25-12-09 Got to know Onelensolution is looking for agent to trade their products in Penang huge potential market where Frame and Lenses conquest. It'll be fairly great profit making potential if can set up an edging lab in there.
Always look for solutions, business opportunity, and i believed this proven attitude for successful winner.
Can sense that my life is changing, what i wish to the universe is now emerging, if i still in retail, i will never get slightest chance to learn all this.

One Melaka
After two and half month working in Carl Zeiss, now is my turn to show my ability in Melaka trip, how am i going to show my strength? Of course.. i expected and targeted VK4U and Eye to Eye to order more of Zeiss products such as Zeiss clarity and Sola Synchrony.
For Melaka,
I can educate my prospect to upselling their lenses to Zeiss product, and the reason is many Singapore customers are well aware of Zeiss brand due to good marketing strategy within our neighbor country. Secondly i can provide more Brand and product training to their staffs to raise Zeiss brand knowledge as well as confident.
For Seremban,
This state i think i can only concentrate on CM and Star.. Else is not much potential except KF Lam, but this shop is already very much committed to Essilor due to they are using its machinery.

Test of Manhood
Perhaps the past has been a bitter disappointment to you. In looking it over you may feel that you have been plodding along in mediocrity. A November of 09 started with a laid back Monday. While my company account was working on my last result, i opted to leave work earlier today and sneak into Star Buck located in Borders, Times Square.
