The borders again, but this time is difference, not times square anymore, it's been moved. Thanks to bro questing, I'm in The Garden borders now, enjoying the great panaromic view, relaxing environment, while sipping Starbuck Peppermint Mocha blended which recommended by friendly trained Stabucker. Still fresh in mind 3 years back, I sneak to border times square practically every day to have 1 hour reading, I've find that is a great practice.

Struggling

After years of dating with her, and im already so spontaneous to have her around me, and the settle down mind has keep on ringing in my mind, but before i let THOSE thing happen, i must have a better household to accommodate my SIGNIFICANT ONE, hence it's a indeed struggling months to me. Fresh in mind she told me that she would like to stay only with me but not my family. That time i was like, okay, as you like, until now, frankly, of course i would like have honey moon nest with babe, but for god sake, i do enjoy the moment i have with my parent, bro and sis living under shelve, happy family.

The idea of Koi Kinrara Puchong Jaya is fascinating me that im going to own a love nest with my significant half. Try imagine having a house which whole own by Yen and me can be really intriguing, After the hustle and bustle working schedule, we can stay in the love nest which tastefully renovated living room with an island wine bar. We have no fuss on how to spend a weekend due to less than 10 minutes drive we can reach commercial hub such as Setia Walk, IOI mall, or even Sunway Pyramid. While there's plenty of food heaven around Puchong, Sunway and Subang vicinity. We can also enjoy the facilities such as SAUNA, Swimming Pool and Club House.. Sounds that everything is just nice for newly wed couple but there are still draw back due to the location of the condo, potentially depreciate property, due to high density area, deteriorate facilities, and also bad condo management.

On the other side im also really like the idea of staying in the landed property, where i can enjoy a spacious living experience with my significant half Yen Yen while can also have some enlighten time with mom and dad since they have been long crave for living in a better house hold. I very confident that Sungai Long double storey house can help achieve both balance factors. Further more, Sungai Long is so near to her house that we can visit her dad mom on daily basis.

4 in the morning, got a unexpected wake up call from Mamdooh, we arrange a time to catch today evening. Due to lack of sleeping hour last night, it's been a very long hour for me to pass the office session.

CNY 2010 aka Valentines Day

Alright, i need to eradicate those unhealthy thoughts, let those good element fill me back, like appreciation, surprise, thoughtfulness, joyous and love.. The most powerful element:)

Private cornering at Stacbuck borders

After 2 weeks of dull staying in mind blowing office, finally could make some time for country hide at borders, reading books, listening jazz music, at least can let me steal me a private moment. A line came to my mind from a podcast i heard last week, regarding the signal of stressing workload, sort of like emotions break down, frustrate, anger, and i found that's coming to me while in the office, have been a real chaos for the whole two weeks.

First weekend of Feb 2010, a week to go is Lunar first day as well as Valentines day, guess what, due to newly join company, this CNY is not as "abundant" as i used to be, as far as i remember last year i was flashing my newly bought iphone to feed my so call ego. Ex King can climb such a PEAK of the line not solely rely on Optometry cert but the way he working his way up, Study a lot of book, see the way the giant see, still fresh in mind that what i have learn from him, unique selling proposition, market trend prediction, business analysis, and his communication pattern. There is a fine line between job scope of sales rep, and sale pro.

A very good instance i have seen by far, KAM W, he's still sales rep after 30 years in the line, where GM C can be so successful, there's always more than competence to achieve this, GM C was affiliate with AMO hence he got connection with other Big Player, this prove Malaysia is relation oriented country, but solely rely on relation is surefire to dead end route, so GM must back with abundant of knowledge where can acquire from everywhere, talking to prospect, reading a book, and i have uncover a new way, podcast, thats where i can get more in depth notion of Unique Selling Proposition. and Efficiency, tele calling, customer relation ship.

View 2 houses today morning, i learn that, to be in a smooth track in real estate forest, we need plenty of tools, such as Prospect contacts, Products, Timing is very crucial too, cause many other amateur is gather at the same lake hopping to hook the fish too. Patient and Effort is the key.

2010 Resolution

First blog of 2010, flash back 2009, it's a big change in my life, the biggest one since i graduated 8 years ago. By being having leaner wage after the changes, i just had a considered my first seminar where my sis brought me to, the speaker mentioned 1 phrase, which i can apply for my situation now, perhaps i guess.. and here the phrase goes like "In order to jump higher, one's must bend his knee a bit downward and gather the full strength, give it a shot"

The speaker also mentioned, sadly, i barely remember his name, but who cares, as long as i remember what he likes to convey, What make a life meaningful? BY HAVING A DREAM? Beggar on the street do have a dream too! To have a successful, meaningful life.. Is having the ability to achieve one's dream, dream a dream is lift of feather, making a dream comes true is exploring to peak of a mountain, there are bunch of obstacles, which induce negative thoughts, in reality, the obstacles can be how you care what others people thinking of you, and let others dictate what you do, it's also rely on a one's gut feeling to think bold.

Easy formula, Dream a dream, think, analyze, plan, action, fulfill, and just like what i had gained from my recent mountain hiking experience, once u started the climb, it's like cutting bridge, no turning, think forward, searching the right path, knowing how the feel by conquered the peak, it'll spontaneously create a momentum, and my experience told from recent two mountain hiking session, it feel bloody great, the sense of satisfaction, the paranormal view from the summit, the unprecedented experience, then, can suddenly realize, the hard, touch, challenging and every drop of sweat, it's worth.. I would regret if i stay home sleep until the sun burning my ass, as in reality, it's very much the same as conquering mountain, conquering your personal height, from school study stage to working stage then begin a family stage. Once again i borrow the phrase from the speaker today evening, "IT's your choice, and there's bunch of choices, making your own and live with it, no one to blame but yourself".

The conclusion of the first blog of my 2010, well, I've accidentally make plenty of "2010 Resolution" Sort of like, buying my first house, leading a healthier life, jogging, rekindle all my losing interest such as Reading, Exercising, Dancing, and now, i have a new interest, is making my dream come true'ng.. I always conceive a thought in my mind, is get into real estate business, and now, i had a chance, in fact, im stepping my foot into the "real estate FOREST", let me uncover the others success path and have this in my mind, as long as u have the will to master the path of the forest, There's a WAY. Alright, let my 2010 start with the first resolution, finish my first fiction book, -Sherlock Holmes- this idea came to my mind while i still in the cinema room with my significant half, see if i can see the way he sees things.. haa.. Last but not least, i knew i could be good inspiration for my significant half for achieving her resolution too..
